Idea: Watch movie with a friend online
Torrent movies, Netflix or YouTube. It creates a room where a video is synchronized between all members. Everybody can play\pause a video and it plays\pauses for all.

Some time ago I tried to create such a thing for my family to watch movies remotely. With movies, you should think about copyright, so it complicates a lot of things.
