- Programmers can be paid in cryptocurrency. No hassle with confirming the identity and receiving payments because of government policies.
- The hardest. An algorithm that connects a programmer with the person/company who needs services. The match is based on the programmer's skills. So if you're a great engineer with plenty of completed projects in real life, why should you work for food for the first year or so to have adequate clients?
