There is a great difference between discernment and judgement. Discernment is about usefulness, is this useful or not useful. A thick coat can be useful in winter and less so in summer. Judgement is about good and bad. Some people judge wealthy people as good and poor people as bad. Some judge the other way around. Some judge white people as good and all other skin colours as bad. Again some judge the other way around. Judgement creates a world of separation. Judgement lowers the vibration of the person judging and often the person being judged. Today, why not practice releasing all judgement. Within yourself and also coming from others!
