Gooood morning dear Starseed,
This morning I got up early and went for a run and a bit of yoga in a local park. I have been rather focused on work and ignoring the needs of my body of late. Coming back I feel more connected to my body and I feel my body elemental is very happy to have the opportunity to feel the energy of the trees and smell the roses. Today, give a thought for the needs of your body elemental. This is a part of your consciousness that is connected to nature and needs to feel the sunshine and see the flowers.
