Dear Starseed, It's important to maintain a strong connection to the descending light as held by Metatron and all angels working with Metatron. It's also important to connect to the 5D crystalline core of Gaia. Many Starseeds naturally feel the pull to the descending light and forget that the ascending light of Gaia is equally important. If this connection to the ascending light is not made then grounding will feel difficult as will manifesting a sense of flow, ease and grace.
