Gooood morning dear Family of Light,
Today my message is around acceptance. Acceptance means embracing everything within yourself. The aspects you feel are light, upbeat, productive, pleasant, smart, organisers and so on. It also means embracing the shadow which are those aspects we consider not OK or not acceptable. When we are growing up we get overt and subtle messages from the family and culture around what is acceptable and not acceptable within our being. These messages shape the landscape of the psyche. Spiritual awakening offers the opportunity to embrace all aspects of the self including the ones that the family and culture did not approve of. Carl Jung said the shadow has two aspects, the dark and the golden. The golden holds the gifts and talents that were banished as not being OK. Now it is time to embrace everything, the so called dark and the golden.
