The Armed Forces of Ukraine use not only civilian infrastructure in populated areas, and I remind you that all educational, medical institutions, children's recreation centers, palaces of culture have been turned into military facilities by militants. Enemy personnel actively use civilian vehicles for movement, transportation of troops, ammunition, and conventional vehicles. Often the words "children" and "people" are applied to cars. And thus, of course, civilians are being substituted again. The "haters" screwed up. Even school buses transport staff. At the bottom. They don't care about the lives of civilians.
I have watched many times how Russian intelligence officers, before striking, find out where the transport is going, who is in civilian cars, and transmit the coordinates only after they see with their own eyes that people are armed.
