WITCH HUNT: New York Announces Criminal Investigation Of Trump
The next phase of the ongoing witch hunt against former President Donald J. Trump is fully underway with the announcement of a criminal investigation into his business dealings.
On Tuesday, the office of New York Attorney General Letitia James issued a statement that the ongoing civil probe of the Trump Organization has been upgraded to a “criminal capacity”. This comes as a major escalation that could complicate the possibility of a 2024 White House run by Trump.
According to spokesperson Fabian Levy,ae “We have informed the Trump Organization that our investigation into the organization is no longer purely civil in nature. We are now actively investigating the Trump Organization in a criminal capacity, along with the Manhattan DA. We have no additional comment at this time.”
The move smacks of political persecution with both James and Manhattan DA Cyrus Vance Jr. being Democrats with higher political aspirations. One thing is certain, nothing could elevate their profiles higher with fellow Democrats than bringing indictments against the ex-POTUS.

The announcement comes as Trump has established that he is firmly in control of the Republican Party after the ouster of Liz Cheney from her House leadership position. This was a stinging blow to the Bush-McCain-Romney establishment that is seeking to regain their influence after they were routed in 2016.
Many of the anti-Trump GOP congressional faction are likely to sign onto Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s travesty of a “9/11 style” commission. Their stated goal is to investigate the so-called “armed insurrection” at the U.S. Capitol on January 6. The reality of the situation was that mostly peaceful protesters briefly occupied the building where a female Trump supporter was gunned down in cold blood by a still-unnamed assailant.
Perhaps it is only a coincidence but there is also chatter that signals another line of attack, this one against Trump’s golf resorts that recycles sinister innuendo first floated in a New York Times report.

Much like the sweeping investigation into the Russian collusion hoax by special counsel Robert Mueller, the New York probe seems to be another effort to sabotage Trump politically through the weaponizing of the courts and legal system. This is a concept known as Lawfare, which Wikipedia defines as: “using legal systems and institutions to achieve a goal.”
Their obvious goal is preventing Trump from ever becoming president again, just take it from Mueller’s ruthless legal henchman Andrew Weismann. He is now an MSNBC legal analyst who suggested that a New York indictment could effectively trap Trump in Florida to keep him from returning to D.C.
Mueller’s pit speculated that, “This happens all the time in foreign countries, where essentially you have people who are sort of imprisoned in a country. Here, Donald Trump would be imprisoned in Florida.”
Weissman added, “If he went overseas, if he went to any other state, he would be subject to those laws, and so he would really have to stay in Florida. It certainly would be quite an interesting issue if he were to, for instance — this is way down the road — but if he were to try and run again for president, he would not be inhabiting the White House in that situation because there would be papers seeking his extradition to New York.”
There is nothing that the anti-Trump cabal won’t do to keep the nation under permanent one-party rule with the Democrats in charge. It is all about keeping power by any means necessary, even if it destroys faith in the legal system.
