If you miss the eCR period, you may still register courses for the July 2022 Semester during the Add/Drop period (via Student Portal’s e-Services under Add/Drop Course Registration) from 24 June to 7 July 2022. Course availability will be subject to individual course quotas.

eCE is an exercise to evaluate SUSS’s academic delivery for the courses you
have taken in the current semester as well as programme administration.

You will NOT be required to complete eCE if you have not taken any course in the current semester, e.g you are currently under deferment

The biannual Electronic Course Registration (eCR) exercise will be taking place tomorrow!

eCR exercise for July 2022 Semester will be held at the below periods:

Full-time students:
a. 2021/07, 2018/07 and prior: 8 April 2022 (1530hrs) to 12 April 2022 (2359hrs)

b. 2019/07 and 2020/07 Intakes: 11 April 2022 (1530hrs) to 15 April 2022 (2359hrs)

Part-time students:
5 April 2022 (1400hrs) to 13 April 2022 (2359hrs)

The Minor/Specialisation Declaration exercise for Full-time and Part-time students will take place from 21 February 2022 to 04 March 2022.

If you would like to take up a Minor/Specialisation that is offered in your programmes, you may proceed to declare your intended Minor/Specialisation by logging in to the Student Portal and select ‘Minor Declaration’ under the Student eService category.
