Google Conference Scholarships
Google has developed a North American program to provide career opportunities for those who have historically been excluded from the tech industry. This includes those who identify as Women, Black/African American/Caribbean/WestIndies, Hispanic/Latinx, and Native American/First Nations. eligibility requirements: Have a strong academic and/or professional background, be able to attend the core days of one of the conferences, are (1) a resident of North America and US Territories, (2) studying or working in North America, or (3) will be in North America at the time of the conference, must be 18 years of age or older. Conferences: Grace Hopper Celebration in Computing; closes June 18, 2021. /dev/color in Motion Conference; closes June 30, 2021, Richard Tapia Celebration of Diversity in Computing (Tapia); closes August 2, 2021.
