Students from developing countries are eligible to apply for Commonwealth Scholarships and study at PhD programs in the UK. The selected candidates will get a monthly stipend of £1,116. A return air ticket, a study travel grant, and a warm clothing allowance are provided. Full tuition will be covered. Applications are considered according to the following selection criteria: academic merit, the quality of the research proposal, potential impact on the development of the candidate’s home country.
