​​Global Scholarship Competition

Higher School of Economics (HSE) holds a Global Scholarship Competition for admission to the bachelor's degree. HSE is one of the best universities in Russia, ranking 305th in the world in the QS ranking.

Participants
International (non-Russian) citizens, and stateless persons enrolled in either grades 9-11 of high schools for 11-year programmes or grades 10-12 for 12-year programmes, either high school graduates, and current students. And also expats living in Russia.

Benefits to Participating
- Winners are eligible for full-tuition waivers, partial scholarships, tuition discounts up to 75%
- HSE Global Scholarship Competition winners receive early admission decisions
- HSE GSC diplomas are valid for 2 years following the Competition
