If They Breed, You will Bleed. Dear Residents, it’s the peak season for dengue in Singapore!
With warmer weather in the coming months, the Aedes aegypti mosquito (aka Aedes mosquito), responsible for the spread of the dengue virus, is expected to breed much faster, raising the risk of dengue transmission.
As part of the national efforts to combat dengue, NEA collects data on the breeding spots and dengue cases. Do download the myENV application to find out more!
