Role: Lead Associate - HR Shared Services

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

• Employee Life Cycle Management updates in SAP
• Maintenance & Planning out the changes in SAP OM / PA module basis the Organization changes
• Maintain MIS & Analytics as per Business HR and Management requirements
• Present data to management to enable decision-making through meaningful insights
• Creation of SAP manuals & SOPs and imparting SAP Training to Business HR
• Maintain Employee documentation in an Index form for easy retrieval
• Manage internal and statutory audits

Candidate Profile:

• Have a high degree of customer focus & showcase commitment to delivery timelines awareness.
• Should take ownership and have customer focused approach to deliver within tight timelines.
• Should have excellent communication skills, analytical skills and be able to work under pressure as well as deal with ambiguity.
• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, Power point
