1. Total annual CTC - 336877 Rs
2. health insurance borne by tcs - 7900
3. gratuity by tcs - 8533
4. 12% of basic salary for pf contribution from tcs- 21288
5. 12% of basic salary for pf contribution from us - 21288
6. Quarterly bonus(1800 for 3 months) - 7200

So 336877 - 8533 - 21288 - 21288 - 7200 - 7900= 270668 /12= 22555
(22500+additional city allowance based on city(in CTC it is 200)+410 rs internet charges )~ approx In-hand salary

In-hand=around 23k

a)Our insurance premium is around 1k - deducted in 1 or 2 installments (deduction is done in random months)

b)For Some states , professional tax is levied which is 2400 for 1 year - deducted monthly or quarterly or half- early (deduction is done in random months)

c)If parents are added in insurance it is around 10k per person - We can choose number of installments (2 or 4 or 8 months) in HIS Portal(deduction is done in random months)

Depending on these 3 deductions your in-hand salary changes Open / Comment
