While parents can set the example in families with younger children through establishing healthy boundaries and role modelling, we can involve and encourage our teens to work together towards establishing PEACE as a culture norm within our families. It starts with us showing up, listening in, leaning in, talking with and lifting up, and inviting them to do likewise.
