3Es form part of our
Inside-Out Parenting Model, in which we lay out the dispositions (
parenting postures and attitudes) and strategies that would help us communicate better with our children and nurture them to become independent and well-adjusted individuals as they grow up.
Why the need to engage our children’s hearts when our parents didn’t do so when we were our children’s age? The simple answer would be Internet and social media. Back then, we can count with our fingers the number of bad influences we could possibly be exposed to. Now, we are talking about millions out there waiting to engage with our children.
