• Having been appointed the supervising manager, Henry had quite idealistic, even quixotic, anticipation about the job -- motivating employees, being a senior colleague rather than a boss, etc; in just one week, though, he learned that to get the office up and running, he had to be harsh, insisting, even sometimes refusing to show clemency.
