For those experiencing delays in labels scanning.
This is a busy period for shipment volume, many couriers aren’t even performing pick up scans so scans may show up later.
In addition, we’re experiencing unprecedented volumes and are working as often as humanely possible. We’re fulfilling requests in order of when they are submitted.
If you have an issue you must follow the process so that your issue is addressed. Posting in general chat inquiring about when you’ll see a scan will not expedite this. Customers can DM Tele if 3 business days has passed and there is no scan, so it can be re-dropped. We do not have the resources to check every single label and see if it has been scanned, we’re asking you, our loyal customers to verify, and reach out to us directly for support, if needed.
This is the holiday season which means we also need to take a break and spend time with family. Wishing you happy and safe holidays.
