As we indulge in celebratory feasting this holiday season, let’s think twice about sending leftover food straight to the bin. According to the FAO, we could reduce about 8% of total greenhouse gas emissions if we stop wasting and losing food as a planet.

Sustainability is at the core of everything we do, and we’re supporting innovative ways to tackle food waste, such as fermenting it or feeding it to black soldier fly maggots!
