**Responsibilities**
• You will be managing your own clientele by helping them to map out their financial goals and engineer a plan to help them achieve it!
• Highly regulated by MAS, there are examinations requirement to be qualified.
• Support: There is double support system for all our new Associates. The first will be under the direct 1-1 supervision and coaching, with a rotation by the team of trainers to ensure you will be confident and competent in all areas.
• There will be a structured training program once you are selected for business and team development.
• You will have your clients’ investment portfolio and future in your hands and thus to update regularly on current market movement & their investment performance.
• We hold monthly investment talks partnered with the top financial institutions around the world, to allow you to constantly touch base with your clients and to provide a wider range of services.
Trainings Include:
- Monthly investment training by TOP fund houses
- Personal Training & Development
- Effective Communication Training
- Human Relations Training
- Management Training
- Marketing & Social Media Training
**Requirements**
• Age 21 years old and above
• Possess at least a GCE A Level and Diploma,
• Have interest in creating wealth for themselves and their clients
• Entrepreneurial spirit, hardworking and results oriented
• Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
**Salary**
• Basic: $2500 - $3500
• Allowance with commission up to $10,000 per month for an above average performer.
