You suddenly expect more from him: Men want to feel like they can make choices freely. So my advice is: Slow down. Let him find out in time how nice you are and don't try to rush things.

He believes things are going too easy: This might sound a bit weird because if he likes you, it shouldn't matter at all? That is not completely true. A man likes to 'hunt', he wants to feel that he has conquered you.

He has unprocessed trauma that he must process (alone): The fact that he doesn't want to talk about it, doesn't mean that he is less interested in you. It just means that he needs to process his grief, and men do that differently.

He is not ready to commit to a relationship: He may simply be aware of the goals and experiences he wants to gain first- or he knows deep down that you want different things.

He doesn't think he can please you: Oftentimes a man loses interest when the
woman he loves complains too much, especially about him.

He really is too busy: Maybe he doesn't have the time or desire to pursue a serious relationship. You deserve to have a man who makes time for you. If he can't, it's a good thing that it didn't work out.
