#Dark_web and #Deep_web
Two common terms people use interchangeably but they have a completely different meaning. The
deep web, invisible web, or hidden web are parts of the World Wide Web whose contents are not indexed by standard web search-engines. While the
dark web is the World Wide Web content that exists on dark-nets: overlay networks that use the Internet but require specific software, configurations, or authorization to access. The dark web forms a small part of the deep web.
The dark web can only be searched using a specialized router or browser download called a “Tor,” or The
Onion router. This ensures your dark web search history is completely anonymous because it cannot be detected by regular search engines. While not all activity on the dark web is necessarily criminally minded, it has become almost synonymous with illegal activities.
