This week, the ATF finalized a rule banning home-made gun kits that include an unfinished 80% gun frame, a jig showing where to drill and cut to finish the frame, the drill bits needed to make those alterations, and the parts needed to put in the gun. At 12:00 am on August 24th, it became illegal for retailers to include all of these parts in a single SKU or to sell them together in a single order. The Left celebrated that "Ghost Guns" were finally banned.

At 12:01 am on August 24th, the first retailer changed their product offerings to allow people to buy all of those items independently and in separate orders. Instead of buying it all together, people could then place four separate orders for the frame, jig, drill bits, and parts and be in compliance.

Joe Biden's "Ghost Gun" Ban literally only worked for one minute. In that time, the firearm industry had already adapted to comply with the rule and continue selling their products.

THIS is how pointless gun control is!
