Because in the Preamble[1] to the Constitution Act 1900, we “...agreed to unite in one indissoluble Federal Commonwealth...”

We didn’t “agree” to anything else, and we certainly haven’t “agreed” to any new offers made by the Australian Government in the last 122 years.

That means to change anything since 9th July 1900, the onus is on the Australian Government to show where a newer contract exists, that the people “agreed” upon.

That is how easy it is to dispel the government and media “sovereign citizen” bullshit? But if anyone is the “sovereign citizen,” it is them.

They claim to be “citizens” of an “independent nation” that has its own de facto “sovereign Crown” found within the Australia Act[2] (no agreement with the people).

While on the other hand, the law holds we are a “self governing colony,” and “subjects of the Crown” contained within the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act[3] (agreed to by the people 9th July 1900).

Now you know why they want to terminate the Commonwealth and it’s supreme law, so you don’t learn you are their masters, and not the other way around.

They can’t make any changes to the arrangements made between the people and the Crown. They are only employed to govern FOR the people, and IN the interests of the people. If they step outside of the constitution, then the people are under no obligation to submit to their demands. They have in fact vacated the de jure seat of government.

The Liberal Party are no better, but the Labor Party are the spawn of Satan. They have defied the Constitution from its inception. In Queensland it was the Labor Party that terminated the upper house (state equivalent to federal senate), shutting down the democratic process in 1922 for everyone to whiteness. Let’s not forget 1973 (Labor) and 1986 (Labor again).
