Seriously though, this imbecile swore an oath of allegiance to a “colonial queen” as required to under s42 constitution to become a federal senator, yet her whole agenda is to overthrow the Crown.
Greens have no place in parliament, they CANNOT be in parliament, they swear an oath of allegiance, but are disloyal to it. That is TREASON, not to mention the terrorist organisations the Greens have openly supported.
There is no option of not swearing an oath or affirmation of allegiance in s42 or the schedule to the constitution upon entering parliament. You either swear it and uphold that oath, or you don’t swear it and you don’t enter parliament. You can’t have it both ways, otherwise it’s TREASON!
