2021-02-25 07:00:03 So you guys know how it’s like a running joke that all my social media accounts/channels lewk like crap because I never even bothered making a logo or banners? Well, today I said “you know what, Kate? It’s time to finally take this seriously and put in a little effort, you cranky bitch.” So I spent the day making all kinds of branding stuff; logos, watermarks, banners, etc. I was feeling kind of proud of myself as I have no experience with graphic design other than making shitty memes. But I at least had something I liked.

So I go to YouTube. The banner proportions are entirely wrong (their system is so bunk btw, remind me to show you a diagram of their stipulations that you need a major in trigonometry to understand, let me just bust out my protractor and graphing calculator real quick, YouTube) so I had to completely redesign something new just for YouTube. Then, the watermark is so small and unreadable I may as well have flicked a boog on the screen and called it a day. Gab will not let me change my header no matter how many times I try. Dlive doesn’t even give you the option to customize. Twitch puts 2 GIANT squares right over the top so my design is less conspicuous than Big Mike’s crank case. And basically, all my work was for naught. At least I can use them no problem on Twitter and Instagram.

2021-02-23 00:50:35 BOOK CLUB!!

Chances are, if you’ve watched my lives, you’ve heard me talk about wanting to start a book club for awhile! Well, I just figured out telegram was the platform I had been waiting for without knowing it. The voice chat feature on here will make it MUCH easier to have a discussion. I’m really excited about trying it out!

Our 1st meeting of BOOK CLUB will be next Wednesday the 3rd, right here on my Telegram chat.

This week’s book is The Seth Material, and I know it’s a pretty substantial book with little more than a week until our discussion. But don’t worry about having it finished by Wednesday, this is just trial session and we’ll get a better system in the future. It’s not a book that will have its ending spoiled for you. Also, if you haven’t read the book but are interested, this is a perfect opportunity to hear about it before you start! All are welcome, I’m really excited about the potential awesomeness of BOOK CLUB!!
