Please don't be in a stereotype that you must not feel pain, that you are not allowed to cry. All of you are human too and you got those feelings. Crying doesn't mean that you are weak. It is actually pretty normal to release pain in that way, so if you can't contain the pain anymore, you can cry by not showing anybody hide your tears. It makes your enemies happy and friends sad.
