One of the interesting things about smallcaps is that as the size of institutional investors in India has grown, their ability to invest meaningfully at the smaller end of the spectrum has reduced which gives retail an edge over them.

Elecon after breaking out of that kind of Inverted Head & Shoulders is now consolidating very tightly. It does look good but I would have liked it better if this recent consolidation little less volumes. So, for me personally it would be a little low conviction setup.
