2021-06-22 21:23:15 [PREMIERE] Persepholia - Lost Place Rave I UVA001 I

https://soundcloud.com/theunderground23/persepholia-lost-place-rave

“Lost place rave” is a debut track to be released on Underground Independent Records label. It is made in a style of hard acid techno (140 bpm). The inspiration for the track comes from the underground techno scene parties, from people’s energy, dancing their hearts out in the abandoned (lost) places.

Persepholia (real name Iuliia Shevtsova) is a starting techno music producer located in Berlin and originally coming from St. Petersburg (Russia) and being professionally a scientist (ecologist). She found herself mostly interested in producing dark hard acid techno, also trying herself in melodic techno, as well as peak-time techno. Persepholia is implementing in her music her favorite sound, which is acid, as well as elements which create dark atmosphere in a track.

2021-06-22 21:23:04 [PREMIERE] Kan3d4 - Deimos I UVA001 I https://soundcloud.com/theunderground23/kan3d4-deimos
"Deimos" refers to one of the two moons of Mars, the idea was to create a forceful and acid track that evoked interstellar travel in a raw and vintage way, something like traveling to Mars in an old and well-known ship, expressing the roughness of a young moon still forming as it rotates on its own axis and orbits the red planet. The runway begins with compressed energy as in the take-off of a space shuttle that must fight against the Earth's gravity. Vocals express the tension of takeoff and the Lofi nuance of the control tower, then at full speed we enter textures and Pads in minor chords that evoke the melancholy of leaving everything behind while we advance into the unknown, the incessant Groove is the inertia of the ship and the drops the moments of zero gravity, the motor is the acid synthesizer, a vintage way of creating energy on the dance floor.

Kan3d4 is a Colombian DJ artist and electronic music producer, based in the city of Bogotá, representative of Techno, Raw and Acid music, combining nuances ranging from Industrial and Dark to Melodic and Dreamy, member of the collective The Underground, His musical proposal preserves a New Age spirit that converges with the energy and forcefulness of Techno as a result of his influences and musical path.

Kan3d4 has participated in prominent Podcasts, Livestreams and radio programs such as: Franja Electrónica Radiónica (Col), Clube Dos Lenhadores (Bra), Broke Fm - Techno Thursday (UK), Settumps Radio (Col), Pereira.PDS (Col), Tëknolab (UK) Techno Connection - Techno Warehouse (UK), C1rcu17 Podcast (USA) ) and recently participated in the Industrial Roots event doing the Warmup with Dawedd, Barbara, Lourdes, Ledh, Soulfly, Neurite (Esp) and Slugos (Esp). 2021-06-22 21:23:01 [PREMIERE] ROMAN AVAN - MANTRA I UVA001 I https://soundcloud.com/theunderground23/roman-avan-mantra
Mantra" was primarily inspired by the state of my emotional condition at that moment. I wanted to create something mysterious and at the same meditative that will also fit the genre of Techno. While the creative process was organic it was also inspired mainly by the vocals and the main Synth sounds of the track! The track starts with a strong kick and the gradual increase of lead Synth accompanied by vocal chops that build into a state of “Mantra” (meditation, focus) - the first vocal break that represents concentration while creating the Techno tension. Later supported by dark analog drones and accompanying effects it creates the tension with further vocals and atmospheric saw sounds. The track is driven by a heavy incessant beat in the first drop accompanied by even more euphoric vocals chops! Supporting hats and horn sounds drive the track towards the main break, where it brings the breath-taking chord progression building anticipation and tension towards the second drop. The second drop is again accompanied by euphoric repetitive vocals and non-stop sound of continuous synth, horns, and claps! The energy of banging Arp and Synth lead sounds will captivate and put the audience in the state of techno shock. This track would definitely keep the crowd pinned to the dancefloor.
