In spite of Hancock’s attempt to mislead the public, CAF kept performing on the fundraising agreement even after the Verizon block.
David, being greedy as he is, simply refused to follow the legal opinion because it would take too much time and costs would eat into the pie too much. He kept asking me to ignore the compliance and “leave it all on the field” for Kyle.
I refused. So he refused to send funding. Pretty basic.

The contract allowed me universal decision making to switch to different vendors on the fly. Besides David getting us blocked on Verizon, it’s pretty common to split test with multiple vendors as they penetrate differently.
