ETA will fight tooth and nail against any legislative effort to reform ISO Fraud.

Why?

Because they represent 500 member companies that pretty much control the entire credit card processing market in the United States. That’s a lot of concentrated power.

Wells Fargo of course is a very influential member. And their sponsorship of iMerchant Direct is going to come bite them in the butt because of the year long coverup on this story.

Everything’s coming together perfectly. Been preparing for this battle 5 years. Besides growing Generous Payments into a power house credit card processing acquirer, along the way we’re going to force state governments to regulate the ISO Fraud purveyors out of the market.

This is about to get real, real fun.
