RITTENHOUSE: the defense is bringing up Gaige Grosskreutz independent lawsuit for $10 million. In that lawsuit he also omits that he had a gun. If Kyle is not convicted, his chance of winning the lawsuit goes down. This guy is looking like a complete idiot. It is hard to tell if Grosskreutz or the prosecutor look worse at this point.
