EXERCISE for working through NEGATIVE beliefs

1. Write down all your negative attitudes
on a piece of paper.

2. Next to each negative belief, write 3 positive attitudes.
For instance:

“I will not achieve anything” - “I am sure that I will succeed”; "I'm good at my job"; "I will achieve things I can't even dream of."

3. Believe in positive attitudes, and say them when negative thoughts reappear in your head.
