The Russian Defense Ministry said that there were attempts by Ukrainian troops to sabotage Russian territory.
"If such sabotage attempts continue, the Russian Federation will strike at decision-making centers, including in Kyiv, which the Russian army has so far refrained from doing" — the Defense Ministry statement reads.
Also, Russia will consider U.S. and NATO vehicles carrying weapons on the territory of Ukraine as legitimate military targets — the deputy head of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
