The "Putin's towel" alarmed the Romanian police.
A student from the city of Iasi hung a Z-band in the window of the university campus. The authorities freaked out and sent a unit to the dormitory, but they were in for a surprise.
They saw that the guy had simply decided to dry a towel with a picture of a horse in a stall.
