2021-10-06 00:06:29 1864: Birthdate of Arthur Zimmermann, German Foreign Secretary who authored the Zimmermann Telegram which helped to push the US into WWI.
 Supposedly, a secret diplomatic comm issued from the German Foreign Office in Jan 1917 that proposed a military alliance between Germany and Mexico if the US entered the war against Germany, it was supposedly intercepted and decoded by British intelligence.
The telegram supposedly also enraged Americans, especially after Secretary Zimmermann publicly admitted on March 3 that it was genuine. It helped to astroturf support for the American declaration of war on Germany in April.
As acting secretary, Zimmermann had taken part in the so-called Kronrat, the deliberations in 1914, with Kaiser Wilhelm II and Chancellor Theobald von Bethmann-Hollweg, in which the decision was taken to support 
Austria-Hungary after the 
assassination of Franz Ferdinand, Archduke of Austria at Sarajevo.
Zimmermann was also part of a plan to assist the Bolsheviks. Open / Comment

2021-10-05 22:48:30 1214: King Alfonso VIII of Castile passed away.
Alfonso reveled in the company of Anti-Christ Rahel la Fermose, though he was married to Eleanor of England, daughter of Henry II, King of England, with whom Alfonso had 11 children. 
She used her position to betray her weak-kneed Gentile puppet to gain the appointment of other Anti-Christs to positions of power.
Rahel's father, Yehuda Ibn (Judah ben) Ezra, conveniently was the chamberlain, basically the household manager of Alfonso VII, our subject's father.
This saga has been the topic of many plays, books and a movie entitled “Die Jüdin von Toledo (The Jewess of Toledo), the novel by Lion Feuchtwanger and 1919 silent movie by Franz Hobling of Weimar fame.
Her treachery made her numerous enemies among the Christian nobles and clergy who plotted to bring her to justice along with several of her Anti-Christ conspirators and they later did so in front of the King.
In a post-script whitepill, the same year this happened, 1195, Alfonso began to lead the coalition of Christian princes and foreign crusaders who broke the power of the Almohads in the Battle of Las Navas de Tolosa in 1212, an event which marked the arrival of a tide of Christian supremacy on the Iberian peninsula.
