2021-03-09 15:21:42 Good morning folks:

1. Overnight action has been well bid from 3820 low level we identified in S&P500 at yesterday’s close. Now up +40. S&P500 had too much bearish sentiment last night and couldn’t absorb it.

2. We remain constructive today on S&P500 expecting good bids above 3834. Now 3865.

3. 3880-3890 may offer some R. Orderflow S is below us around 3833-3834.

I will later provide some macro themes in driver’s seat rn. Only for followers. Open / Comment

2021-03-06 15:48:32 Weekend thoughts 2/2:

1. Both Gold $GC_F & Bond $ZN_F look as if they can take rest here after good run

2. Which means a 2-3 % upside in Gold, Bond & S&P500 (1698 to 1750, SPX 3850 to 3950)

3. Longer term downtrend may resume after resting this week.

4. S&P500 itself needs some time before people who matter really get convinced about Summer explosion in activity & higher rates. That may be late March to early April.

Weekend thoughts 1/2:

1. Expect crowds to chase momentum on $1.9T pork barrel stimulus passing, gapping up S&P500 to 3888-3896 zone. Now 3838.

2. I may fade this move. For bullish sentiment to hold this week, I want a couple days’ value area to form at 3820-3850. That will be bullish for me with a good base.

3. However, I expect the lows at 3720 to be revisited and broken, exposing 3666, offering a better dip buying. At end of the day, it all boils down to where market builds value area on Monday/Tuesday Chicago sessions (with minimum 3-4 million contracts traded) . This will be a fairly easy setup to visualize and trade.
