[Android] [app downloaded from the website] When I leave the app – not close it completely – the app is no longer connected to the internet and I barely receive new notifications
It's been a while I've been having this issue with the recent updates, and it's really annoying.My internet connection is good enough, and I don't think it's got anything to do with it. Because when I re-open the app, it's that black and empty screen for a second, which means that the app is loading and is NOT running in the background. And as it opens, the new messeges are shown. But I can't receive any when I'm out of the app.Both "Keep Alive Service" and "Background Connection" are on. But still, they seem to be not working.Is there anything I can do? Or is it a bug?
