Man gets jail for assaulting taxi driver after refusing to pay cab fare
Lum Chai Meng, 56, refused to pay his cab fare of S$23.10 and launched attacks at the taxi driver when confronted by the cabby. He also punched the front windscreen of the taxi, cracking it.
