If you use mytonctrl just enter upgrade command

Then please restart your nodes with flag -F 13991798:218126:7 at 15:30 UTC / 18:30 MSK
For mytonctrl users:
1. open /etc/systemd/system/validator.service
2. add flag -F 13991798:218126:7 to the end of ExecStart: thus full line will be as follows:
ExecStart = /usr/bin/ton/validator-engine/validator-engine --daemonize --global-config /usr/bin/ton/validator-engine/ton-global.config.json --db /var/ton-work/db/ --logname /var/ton-work/log --state-ttl 604800 --verbosity 1 -F 13991798:218126:7

3. Run systemctl daemon-reload
4. make systemctl restart validator at 15:30 UTC / 18:30 MSK

For other users please restart your validator-engine instance with -F 13991798:218126:7 flag added at 15:30 UTC

Introducing the TON-ETH Bridge - a user-friendly decentralized bridge that allows transfer TON Coins between the TON network and the Ethereum network.

The main development phase of the bridge has been completed and now you can test transfers between TON testnet and Ethereum Ropsten testnet.

You can find out how it works and check out the technical documentation.

Preparations have begun for the launch of the bridge on the mainnet.

2021-04-07 20:04:59 Thanks to sonofmom and akme, we have network monitoring tools tonmon.xyz and tonmine.xyz.

We were surprised to find that many users are spending significant power to pow-givers mining on the current network and this process is growing.

Since coins in the current network have value, it seems to make sense to create a separate testnet for development and testing.

Good news!

iOS TON wallet has been reviewed and is now available in the AppStore.

In addition, community members added support for TON to the Ledger hardware wallet. The first integration with Ledger is already available in the web wallet tonwallet.me.

We are planning to add TON to the Ledger Live Catalog and for this we need your help.

Please make positive reactions to the pull request https://github.com/satoshilabs/slips/pull/1091. This will help to add TON Coin to the list faster.

We announce that working wallets for Windows, MacOS, Linux, Web, Android are available on the site toncoin.org/wallets.

iOS wallet and Google Chrome extension are pending store approval.

All wallets are open source.

Thanks to neodix, the most convenient autobuild system works https://github.com/newton-blockchain/wallet-desktop/actions.

The global network config is located at the link https://newton-blockchain.github.io/global.config.json.

2021-02-22 22:34:03 Good news, everyone! THanks to Igroman and TolyaYanot we got more or less decentralised slashing: punishment of validators for misbehaving. Watchdogs are embedded into mytonctrl: our universal shell for validation.
Complaints for misbehaving are filed and accepted (or rejected) by validators during the 32k seconds period of coin freezing after the end of validation period. Mytonctrl ensures that the complaints satisfy the settings of the validation operator and does not punish one validator twice in one period. The default settings for now are very loyal: fines are about 100 coins (significantly less than the average reward for the validation period, i.e. idle validators even receive money for staking), so that people have time to update and check the work of their validators. But sooner or later, the fines will become sunsbtantially large to incentivize validators be a good ones. For updates you should follow @tonblockchain

2021-02-04 15:39:49 The Newton community which participated in the maintenance of testnet2 has long decided to migrate from the resources owned by the original team, since, due to external circumstances, telegram cannot develop the TON network. Today an important step has been taken on this path: the Ton code https://github.com/newton-blockchain/ton maintained by newton (and used by the vast majority of validators on the network) diverged from the original TON code. Namely, there are changes at the catchain level: versioning was activated in the validatorSession configs and starting from block 9407194 we switched from version 0 to version 1. In practice, this means that in order to participate in testnet2 validation, you must use the code from the newton repository otherwise your validator will not be able to generate the correct validation group id and participate in block creation. For non-validating nodes and other software, there are no differences at the moment: we specifically make a phased transition so that everything can be updated with no hassle. However, we recommend to use the new config https://newton-blockchain.github.io/ton-global-lite-client.config.json. In particular, a new lightserver is set in the config (the Telegram one has been periodically offline lately), in addition, this config updatea accordingly to reflect relevant parameters / public lightservers / information about new workchains will appear.
Please note that to facilitate the transition to consensus with the new parameters, we lowered the max factor and stopped slashing. However, in the near future we will significantly weaken the requirements for the max factor for wider participation in the validation, and a little later we will enable slashing (penalties for incorrect work of validators). If by this moment you do not update to the latest version of the node, you risk losing part of the stake.

2021-01-14 10:12:46 Guys! Does anyone have any testnet2 archive nodes? It would be awesome to have history since block 1, but anything older than half-year is interesting as well. Please PM me @rulon

2021-01-02 17:59:40 Telegram's testnet is rather alive than dead with hardfork occured in late december. Latest lite-client will work with updated config as is (see attached file), while tonlib requires minor patches here

2020-05-28 11:17:04 The recent update of the TON repository is quite big as usual. Most of the changes are related to updating Fift and adding storage. The latter seems to be torrents on top of adnl + data integrity control the same as used in the TON blockchain - merkles over bag of cells. Can't find any traces of features with automatic payment of grams for downloaded files or data storage, though.
The second version of rldp2 was released, judging by the names of files with bbr - control overloads of data transmission over the network, balancing and controlling the integrity of different flows through narrow channels (and as we know, for a TON node any channel is narrow :)).
ton_api.tl has changed a little: new methods have been added for rldp2 and storage. Code for wallets was refactored, tonlib api has slightly changed (changes may be necessary if you used the wallet.* Methods), sawed out methods for working with the testgiver.
Contrary to the commit message, I can not find any traces of TON Payments. Maybe some files didn’t get there, but maybe they mean preliminary payment-channel contracts that were released a month ago.
