TonBox functions as an umbrella promotional channel for a family of tap-to-earn Telegram mini-apps built on TON — Boom, Corn, and Bits are all pushed from the same account, each following the familiar pattern of that genre: open the app daily, complete tasks, invite referrals, and accumulate points toward a scheduled token airdrop. The tone throughout is high-energy hype copy ("fam," "frens," lots of money emoji), and nearly every post exists to drive daily check-ins or referral invites rather than to inform.
The giveaway mechanics are described in detail across several posts: a 10,000 USDT giveaway for Boom split among 2,000 winners for inviting five friends each, a 5,000 USDT giveaway with 1,000 winners, and a Bits airdrop pool of 100,000 USDT promised to the top 50,000 users on a specific date. Every one of these requires connecting a TON wallet and, in several cases, posting that wallet address directly in the comments to qualify — a practice worth noting on its own, since publicly posting a wallet address ties a user's on-chain activity to their Telegram identity. The channel also claims rapid user growth for Bits (from launch to 10 million users within roughly two weeks) as social proof for why people should join.
One post stands apart from the promotional stream: a summary of Pavel Durov's public statement after his release from French custody, framed with a mix of genuine reporting and a mocking tone toward the situation. Another promotes an unrelated third-party crypto media outlet launching its own coverage of investment funds and Web3 trends, presented as a partner recommendation rather than TonBox's own content.
This channel will be of interest only to people actively participating in the Boom/Corn/Bits tap-to-earn ecosystem who want giveaway announcements and airdrop deadlines in one place. It offers no market analysis, no vetting of the underlying apps' token economics, and no explanation of what happens to the tokens after the promised airdrop dates — readers should treat the giveaway amounts and user-growth figures as the project's own marketing claims rather than independently verified numbers.
