2016-09-26 03:32:46 NEW SERVER FOR 2A & KLM INSTALLED

As discussed with 2A&KLM leaders and in the KLM forum, we now start a 7 day testing period
with the following parameters:

- All bans and forced IP's are removed. Please only add new values if really necessary

After seven days, we hopefully are happy with the server. If that is the case, we will
proceed as discussed:

- We remove all forced IP's from the admin panel
- We remove all bans except tool PCID bans
- All players are forced to use the tool v1.3
- Hence blacklist is not needed anymore
- Whitelist can be used to allow certain players without the tool
- We only ban by PCID, no more IP's or names - so we will never ban by mistake anymore
