We refer to our fourth circular to creditors dated 10 May 2021 in respect of Torque Group Holdings Limited (in Liquidation).
 
As set out in the fourth circular, the Liquidators are holding a Creditor Virtual Town Hall at 5:00pm Singapore Time, on 27 May 2021.
