From nightmares to the most delicious dreams, from terror to peace, from overwhelm to feeling its all OK and in the flow. It's quite an immersive and multidimensional delve into all levels and layers of experience as things shift, morph and change - quite something really.

If you're not keeping up with it all then please know that there really is no rush. It's not a race to the finish line and so take it at your own pace. It is 'coming in' for me to ground at this pace, but once it has landed it will be around for you to enjoy at a pace which suits you.
