As IEX approves 2:1 bonus issue which means 2 free shares for every 1 share

Question: Am i eligible for IEX BONUS if i buy shares today ?

Answer: Yes , But Bonus shares are issued in order to increase the liquidity of stock as well as to decrease its stock price, so buying only for bonus doesn’t make any sense so i suggest know the company business before investing
