Market won't move everytime as it is supposed to move on the basis of analysis. Even though all macro-economic factors are telling us that market is very very fragile, Big Players will take their sweet time to attract more and more Dip Buyers to make their exit at Higher levels. And that is common sense, just think like FII, when you are getting to exit at Higher levels, you will wait longer before selling Big Push Button, usually it happens on some trigger news like Inflation data or some local trigger. So, till that time risk management is supreme.
