Last week i commented on the FED and what Mr.Powell said about speeding up the bond buying process and i said they should have said we are monitoring the situation.
What the markets did.
Gold dropped over 50 dollars
Nasdaq100 lost almost 1200 points from its high
Dow jones below its 200 moving average
Bitcoin drooped sharply to near 43k
The ten year treasury yields keeps on dropping as money keeps searching for safty
omicron now been detected in 38 countries among them the US.
There is a say "don't fight the FED"
I have been in the market long enough and i know for sure the FED can't fight the bond traders, and in many times throughout my trading career i have seen the FED changes what they want to do just to calm the bond market.
I believe the FED must change their stand and reassure markets around the world they are ready to do whats necessary to maintain financial market stability, and if they don't do that soon we will have a difficult time ahead of us
