Today we should expect some market turbulence, as the US will report inflation data.
Inflation, in general, becomes a hot topic at the moment, due to the enormous amount of stimulus cash that got printed during the Corona pandemic.
If investors see some signs of inflation threat in the upcoming future, they will need to reshuffle & rebalance their investment portfolios.
So, are we going to enter the environment of higher inflation?

My current positions:
GOLD -> SHORT
USDZAR -> LONG
EURJPY -> SHORT
BRENT(oil) -> SHORT Open / Comment

Let's take a look at one interesting case related to oil (Brent).
As we see (and I mentioned last week) that oil has been traded for a while within a range of 60-65.
Currently, we see that the liquidity starts drastically squeezing and volatility is decreasing. It gives us a sign that the market is getting ready for a bigger move.
I am still convinced about the SHORT position somewhere below 62.2 (however I have already jumped on the train). Open / Comment

Quick overview of my opened positions:
USDZAR -> LONG (Looks very promising )
GOLD -> SHORT (Took 1 stop yesterday, today I am back in this trade. However, be careful)
EURJPY -> SHORT (I had a chance to secure a very nice profit on that one, but for several reasons I didn't. I keep it holding)
SPX500 -> SHORT (No comments here )
BRENT (oil) -> SHORT (Still looks promising)

I have the feeling that I am a bit overleveraged as I used over 50% of the available margin. My goal is to take off some risk by the end of today and of course to make a few bucks Open / Comment
