TEMPLE OF DEVI KUSHMANDA :
Shri Kushmanda Devi Temple, located in Ghatampur, about 40 kms from Kanpur, was re-built in the 17th century by Ahilya Devi
This temple is also known as the ‘Monkey Temple’ because of the large numbers monkey in its vicinity.
It is also considered as the fourth Shakti Peeth.
